1. Introduction

Revision Genie is an educational platform designed to help students learn and revise. These terms explain how you can use our service and what you can expect from us.

Revision Genie is operated by Revision Genie Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

If you're under 18, we recommend reading these terms with a parent or guardian to make sure you understand them.

2. Age Restrictions and Registration

To create your own Revision Genie account you must be at least 13 years old. This is in line with UK data protection law and the protections we provide for younger users.

Students under 13 can use Revision Genie only through an account created and managed by their school or teacher under our school or teacher accounts.

We do not currently offer dedicated parent accounts. Parents and guardians who would like their child to use Revision Genie should either wait until the child is 13 to register, or arrange access through the child's school.
